KILKENNY APPOINTED STANDS
BYE LAWS 2008
In accordance with Section 84 (as substituted by Section 15 of the Road Traffic Act 2002 [No 12 of 2002]) of the Road Traffic Act 1961 (No. 24 of 1961), notice is hereby given that Kilkenny Borough Council has adopted the above Bye Laws at their meeting held on 14th July 2008.
The Kilkenny Borough Council Appointed Stands Bye Laws 2008 are effective from 5th August 2008.
Copies of the said Bye-Laws are available for inspection free of charge, and for purchase for a fee of €5 at the offices of Kilkenny Borough Council, City Hall, High Street, Kilkenny, during normal office hours, being 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday, (Public Holidays Excluded).
