Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Kilkenny Local Authorities to close to vehicular traffic that part of the urban network commonly known as High St from it’s junction with Friary St to it’s junction with James’ St on Sunday 21st September 2008 from 10.00a.m to 4.00p.m in order to facilitate Car Free Day.
