Roadwork's Kilkenny City - Upper New Street, Kells Road and Freshford Road

• Resurfacing works on Upper New Street on Tuesday 1st November from 8am.
  Upper New Street will be closed to traffic. Local Access for Jacob Street will be via Patrick Street.
• Resurfacing works on Kells Rd at Rose Gardens on Wednesday 2nd November.
  The Kells Road will be closed to Traffic from Ring Rd into city centre from 7am. Local access will be provided.
• Roadwork's on Freshford Rd at Loreto School from 31st October to 5th November.
  Temporary Traffic Lights at the location of the roadworks.
