Live Register of Electors and General Election 2011

The new Electoral Register will, as provided for in Statute, come into force on Tuesday 15th February 2011. Kilkenny County Council published the Live Register on 1st February 2011. You should check the Register to ensure your name is included. Electors who are not included on the Live Register may apply to be included on the Supplementary Register.

The Minister has fixed Friday 25th February 2011 as the day for taking the poll at the Dail General Election.

The closing date for receipt of application forms for inclusion onto the Supplement is 5.00pm Tuesday 8th February 2011.

The closing date for receipt of application forms for inclusion onto the Supplement to the Postal Voters and Special Voters Lists is 5.00pm Thursday 3rd February.
