Kerbside Calendar January 2012 - December 2012

Important points to remember:
BAGS WILL BE REJECTED IF:

• they contain food waste
• they contain glass
• they contain other non recyclables
• they are too heavy
• the contents are wet

Bank Holidays

When a Bank Holiday falls on the Yellow Ordinary Waste Collection Week the collection for that day will move to the following Saturday eg:
Bank Holiday Monday 19th March will be collected on Saturday 24th March 2012.
When a Bank Holiday falls on the Green Dry Recyclable week eg: Monday 7th May there will be no collection in your area for that day. It
will be collected on the next Green Recyclable Day for that area 21st May.
Arrangements for Christmas are advertised in the newspapers.
